Sky Assist organised its annual BagAssist user conference in Brussels end March 2019 near the Zaventem airport (Brussels, Belgium). During these 2 days, BagAssist customers were be presented new features they voted for during previous conference, new modules and evolutions prepared by Sky Assist team and discuss / vote future functions they would like to see integrated in the applications to be even better aligned with Arrival services processes and therefore gain more productivity and flexibility within their departments. It was again a great platform to meet colleagues and friends, exchange ideas and draw the future of the Lost & Found operations.
